Micron Building #80 - To alter an existing open office space to create a new 200 sq. ft. office along the north wall within the existing open office space. This office will match the standard within the building (i.e., gyp. board walls and a half-lite in the door). The walls will penetrate the ceiling grid by 6" with extra acoustic measures taken at the ceiling tile and sound insulation. Construction will consist of demolition of minimal ductwork and reconstruction of hardwall systems, ceiling grid, floor base, HVAC, lights and Fire Sprinkler modifications. JCM
