(CONECTL) To remodel an existing 11,412 sq.ft. building for one commercial tenant per approved plans. New exterior compressor room to be added on the northwest side of building. Occupancies to include 7,732 sq.ft. of office, 1,980 sq.ft. of storage, and 1,700 sq.ft. of fabrication areas for machine shop and engineering labs. Work to include construction of interior partitions, installation of new suspended ceiling system with new lighting and HVAC system, miscelaneous related interior finishes. Any Racking over eight feet high will required a separate application and permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and will require a separate permit. (rmh)
