NOTE: Per signed and approved alternate letter dated 1/20/06, a maximum of 5 people will be permitted to reside in this facility which will require assistance from the staff to evacuate the building in an emergency situation and there shall always be at least one employee of the owner in this building at all times. The following items are required throughout. The installation of a NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system with quick response heads, a manual and automatic fire alarm system, a fire detection system in all areas other than the patient sleeping rooms, smoke alarms shall be installed in all sleeping rooms, incidental separation as required by Section 302.1.1.1.
