As there is to be no kitchen in this unit and per letter from home owner attached stating that if a kitchen is installed sewer fees will be required, per Louise Waldorf. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked, attached CAA, sewer fee waiver request letter. pep
