Work will include, construction of a noncombustible one-hour fire rated tenant demising wall with only one side finished with type 5/8 gypboard under this permit, the other side will be completed under future permit Bld05-01754, mechanical ducts will be capped off under this permit and finished under future tenant improvement permits, electrical panel will be relocated, all per approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system will be performed under Bld05-01754 future tenant improvement, this building also contains a smoke evacuation system that shall remain operational as originally installed.
