This project is for the erection of approx 38l.f. of interior non bearing partition walls to create 110s.f. of living space over a portion of the garage slab. There was a new door to this space framed in from the utility room area and a new 40-36 window installed in the exterior wall. R-1C okper cc. Separate electrical permit is required.
