(WRC ADVERTISING - OLD CENTRAL FIRE STATION - 2ND STORY) This building is fire sprinklered for story increase and for other reasons. To remodel the 4,900 square foot 2nd story of an existing 10,328 square foot, 2 story historic building for a new office tenant. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors, interior windows, an exterior landing and canopy at a 1st story door, millwork, and interior finishes. In addition, an existing restroom will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Work within the public way shall not be done until the license agreement with ACHD is granted. A copy shall be submitted to the Building Department before occupancy will be allowed. The license agreement shall be compatable with the work shown on the drawings. **CJW**
