Also noted that handrail for stairway to mech. does not have proper clearance at two points from guard and does not return properly at top. Contractor noted that access to these stairs is not needed and wiil be closed off so that no access is granted until it is repaired. these stairs not part of exut system.

Letters of certification by James C. Peterson, PE, designer of the ammonia refrigeration sytem and David Musgrove, PE, regarding the flour dust system were provided to the fire inspector certifying that both systems have been inspected by themselves and are designed and installed in accordance with applicable IMC and IFC code requirements. The letters have been filed with the permanent permit plan documents. (SLR)
