To construct a 689sq.ft. single family Addition/remodel to a 2040sq.ft. existing single family dwelling to consist of: Finish existing unfinished basement-installing two exterior egress window wells and egress windows, creating finished basement living space, Remove and replace existing siding, windows, and doors, Re-side house with lap siding and cedar shingle wainscoting, Add 150sq.ft. one story addition to South side creating a new entry and larger living room, Add 77sq.ft. to the existing kitchen on the North side, Add new 462sq.ft. second story w/ deck off of new Office, A new Architectural roof on whole house, and Remove siding from existing detached garage-reside and install new wood windows, half lite door and new wood O.H. garage door per approved plans, all red-lining, and plan review report.
