Also complete type x to bottom of roof deck. REmoove beam from garage wall supporting canopy from neigboring townhouse west side. Add additional studs under 2ply trusses. Remove sheet metal at mech chase and install approved fireblock material as per IRC. Fix all holes in sheetrock at 1hr walls.
