RCE-1735 FOR BOISE RIVER FENCING--(BOISE RIVER FENCING) This permit is to follow up on the requirements set forth under an occupancy approval inspection that noted deficincies to the mezzanine that was performed under MIS05-00049. The request was for a structural analysis of the existing mezzanine and an addition to the mezzanine performed without a permit. Requirmenents to bring the mezzanine up to code per the engineer will include, construction of new footings, installation of new columns and new beam to carry floor loads of the mezzanine to be used as an accessory office space to the fabrication area. A Certificate of Occupancy will be required after all inspections have been finaled for this 6,000 sq.ft. building with 1,593 sq.ft. mezzanine. The fabrication area located on the first floor is a metal shop for manufacturing of fencing, including a powder coating booth and batch oven, ALL Equipment was installed and approved under FIR05-00164 & MEC05-00698.
