Work to include, modifications to restrooms located on all floors will have selective items & fixtures updated per plans to make restrooms accessible, new finish work as required. Modification to two accessible ramps, one located on the third floor parking structure the other on the first floor in front of central services. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department and WILL require a separate permit. (rmh)
