Work to include removal of all concrete, filling & grading the site to level with adjacent rights of way, capping off 3 sewer stubs, filling in opening on the east wall of 1414 W. Grove St. building with 1-hr. fire resistive construction, filling in openings and installing temporary man doors for security in vacant 2 story building, capping off geothermal lines to the site from 14th Street. Letters from the structural engineer verifying structural stability of existing buildings, and from the Idaho DEQ are part of the plan submittal. Work may also include trenching for underground power from alley to existing 2 story building but no permanent service is allowed at this time.
