Work to include, removal of an existing nonbearing wall to expand the tenant space an additional 371 sq ft to a total of 1437 sq ft, to remove a 10 ft portion of the existing CMU wall and install new roll up window wall for outside seating per engineering, to install new lighting, counters, installation of a new pizza oven under an existing hood system, miscelaneous related finishes. This buidling is fully fire sprinklered ALL ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
