Work to include, removal of the tenant demising wall between spaces 2192 & 2190 to create one future tenant space, removal of the storefront system, construction of a new 27 lf. tenant demising wall to create a future office area for the mall personel that will open into an existing corridor, extention of the smoke evacuation system and installation of a smoke detector in new office area. NO OCCUPANCY IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. Future permits will be required to occupy areas. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system WILL require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. The smoke evacuation system is to remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC. (rmh)
