"vanilla finish" space for a future retail tenant within a new 5,965 sq. ft. vacant shell building per approved plans. No Occupancy allowed under this permit. A separate permit is required for a tenant to occupy the space. Work to include some new interior walls, some interior finish, a new accessible restroom, a new concrete slab portion at the rear of the space, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work.
