(VANILLA FINISH-NO TENANT)(HOFF BLDG-BASEMENT-SUITE # 8 and #9 IN BASEMENT) This building is fully sprinklered for compliance with high-rise construction requirements. To perform selective interior demolition within existing tenant space's perimeter walls. To construct approximately 98 feet of non-bearing, non-combustible wall to create future office & reception areas for two spaces. Suite #8 is 672 sq. ft. and suite #9 is 687 sq. ft. for a total scope of work of 1,359 sq. ft. T.I. under this permit. To install new 3' x 7' doors into tenant spaces & offices within; new accessible hardware on doors to spaces & interior rooms; to install new suspended ceiling grid system supporting new light fixture's; complete interior finishes and upgrade electrical, mechanical and sprinkler system to meet minimum code compliance.
