The total floor area of this tenant space is about 1,263 square feet (879 square foot customer self serve area, 311 square foot employee food preparation area, and 49 square foot restroom). Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, and finishes. The restroom was constructed under permit BLD05-02119. The restroom shall be maintained in compliance with the code in effect at the time it was constructed (i.e. the 1994 UBC). Upgrading the restroom to make it comply with the 2003 IBC is allowed but NOT required.
