(BOISE TOWNE SQUARE - Left over storage spaces behind spaces #2002 &2005) This permit is to create two spaces located behind tenant spaces 2002 & 2005 that will be used for mall storage areas and will be considered accessory use to the mall. The space behind #2002 is 1,188 sq ft. The space behind #2202 is 600 sq ft. Each of these storage spaces will be located off of a one-hour corridor that runs between the two spaces and then connects to a one-hour passage way. Work under this permit will include, construction of one-hour corridor walls, installation of 20-minute fire rated doors, modification of the smoke evacuation system to include new smoke detection systems in each space, and modification to duct sizes per approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered ANY alterations to the sprinkler system WILL require a separate permit. The smoke evacuation system shall remain operational as originally installed under the 1985 UBC.
