(MOUNTAIN WEST BANK - HOFF BLDG - 11TH STORY) This building is required to be fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To remodel a 2,533 square foot whole floor tenant space located on the 11th story of the Hoff Building. Work is to include a 4 inch high platform, a ramp, interior nonbearing walls, a suspended ceiling, lever type hardware on all doors, and interior finishes. A total coverage fire detection system is required to be installed on the 11th story in accordance with NFPA 72 as part of this project. A separate permit is required. The fire detection system is required be tied to the building fire alarm system so that if smoke were detected anywhere on this floor, at least this entire floor will be alarmed. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. Alterations to the fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
