This project is for a remodel of an existing single family dwelling. the project will consist of Roof replacement per IRC R907 "Reroofing" . Replace windows with maximum U-value of .40; convert a bedroom to an accessable bathroom; new 30-68 doors; new smoke alarme per R313.1.1/R313.2; new cabinetry and misc. electrical and plumbing as needed. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and plan review notes. pep
