This project is for the interior remodel to the south end of an existing single family dwelling. The project is to include the removal and construction of select interior non bearing partitions. The remodel will remove one room used as a bedroom and add a new bathroom and enlarge two other bedrooms. Smoke Alarms per R313.1 "alterations" applies in this case. R-1C setbacks ok per Susan Riggs. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. All per the approved plans as marked and plan review notes. pep
