This project is for a 900s.f. completion of unfinished basement area of an existing 1851s.f basement of which 1203s.f. is left unfinished ( BLD02-01800). The project will include the installation of a kitchenette area without a range or baking oven dishwasher and microwave. R-1B ok by Colleen Carroll without the oven or 220v outlet. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. Contractor states that the electrical on all exterior basement walls have been signed off by the electrical and structural divisions for code compliance. Hillside requirements for ESC and Public Works are waived as the work is all interior. all per the approved plans as marked and plan review notes. pep
