To construct a remodel/repair of an existing single family dwelling to include: Repair existing sheetrock, Paint, Install new doors in existing doorway, change out existing can lights, replace shower, toilet, sink, and faucett, build two cosmetic arches (non-structural), repair existing floor, and replace three existing windows per approved plans, and all red-lining. Replacement of three existing windows are not approved by this permit until Historic Review has signed-off as per Sarah Schafer with Planning and Zoning. (SRZ)
