This project is for the completion of an unfinished basement with a low ceiling height. As there ie to be a new egress added to the basement the lower ceiling height is not considered a problem at 6'-8" . R1Ch ok per Colleen Carroll. R-1CH approval not required as the changes are at grade level extending 36" out from dwelling and 6" ablev the grade level..there is also a distance of 14'-0" from the dwelling to the property line on the window well side.. All per the allroved plans as marked. pep
