(IDAHO STATE UNIVERSITY DENTAL) New 2,923 sq. ft. expansion to an existing 2,077 sq. ft. space for a new dental office tenant within an existing 16,275 sq. ft. building per approved plans. New total area for the dental office tenant space will be 5,000 sq. ft. The expansion will be a phased project per the plan. Work to include providing two new storefront windows in former exterior door openings, new interior walls and doors, interior finish, new suspended ceiling work, adding a third accessible restroom to the space, fire sprinkler work, mechanical work, plumbing work, and electrical work.
