To expand an existing 929 square foot hair salon into an adjacent 571 square foot area. After the expansion this tenant space will have a total floor area of about 1,500 square feet. This tenant space is located on the 1st story of a historic high rise building. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, an interior ramp, an interior elevated floor, millwork, and interior finishes. In addition, an existing restroom will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled. All work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes.
