The area of demolition includes the entire 25,548 square foot basement and 18,057 square feet of the 1st story. An existing 7,339 square foot tenant space located on the 1st story is occupied and is NOT part of this demolition permit. The egress system that serves the occupied tenant space shall be maintained. Tenant improvement work for the area covered under this permit will be done under permit BLD05-03413. New construction is NOT allowed under this permit. This permit does NOT establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. Before any fire sprinklers are taken out of service, contact the Fire Department for approval. **CJW**
