(TENANT SHELL - IDAHO BLDG - 1ST FLR) (3-23-06) PLAN MODIFICATION TO MAINTAIN THE ATRIUM PER THE ORIGINAL APPROVAL. This building is fire sprinklered because it is too tall and has too many stories. To create a 1,544 square foot tenant space on the 1st story of the Idaho Building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls and relocated interior windows. In addition, an existing floor opening will be filled in with a new floor system to include floor joists, floor sheathing, and a gypsum board ceiling. This permit is NOT intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. Alterations to the fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
