To create a 1,118 square foot tenant space on the 1st story of the Idaho Building. Work is to include an interior nonbearing wall. This permit is NOT intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. Access to two exits will likely be required under the future tenant improvement permit so that the length of the common path of egress travel will not exceed 100 feet. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes.
