Building # 4 - To construct a new 3,182 square feet, two story, duplex apartment building. The first floor is 1,795 square feet and 640 square feet of this area is for open parking garages. Each unit is two story and over 800 square feet in area. Unit "A" is three bedroom, two bath. Unit "B" is three bedroom, one and one/half bath. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-R and is considered as part of building #3 for exterior wall and opening protection per IBC Section 704.3 Exception for one building and is reviewed under the IBC.
