Micron Building #26 - (C9226) - Provide Mini Cleanroom and Relocate Semi-Plating Tool Into Lead Finish - This project will include providing excavation, new concrete sub floor, raised cleanroom floor, cleanroom walls, ceiling, and hepa filters. This work is being done to create a new 127s.f. Back End Room #107C, an 87s.f. Semi-Tool Bay Area #107B and a 107s.f. Smock & Bootie Room #107A. This work is done on the first floor of Building #26 between grid lines D&E and 12&13 within Lead Finish Area #105J. this permit also includes related mechanical and electrical work.
