RCE #8247 - CHRISTENSEN CORP (NAYLOR & HALES - BANNER BANK BLDG - STE 610) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To construct a 3,600 square foot office tenant space on the 6th story of a high-rise building. In addition, to construct a 209 square foot breakroom to serve the entire 6th story. Work is to include interior Nordwall demountable nonbearing partitions, doors, and sidelights. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
