RCE 5116 Camco Construction (BOISE TOWNE SQUARE-INTERIOR DEMO) To perform selective interior demolition of 5 existing retail spaces just to the southeast (right) of the main entry to the mall along with a small area outside the tenant spaces in the mall concourse. Work to include removal of interior partitions and ceiling systems along with supporting electrical/plumbing/hvac to prepare area for future new construction to be done under BLD06-00007. This is temporary work as upon completion of new construction a new lease line will be established. Note: Fire sprinkler relocation subject to FIR06-00107 and smoke detectors are subject to requirements of the PDS Fire Division. (msouthard)
