Micron Building #24A and 24B - (C9324) - Install a CX Semivision Tool to Central RDA - To install a new tool in Building #24A with support pumps installed on the other side of the building separation four hour fire wall. The area of the surrounding the pump location is being converted from F-1 Occupancy Corridor area to a part of the H-5 fabrication area. This include all upgrades required to bring this area into compliance as an H-5 Occupancy. This work is being done on the first floor of Building #24B between grids A&C. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
