Work is to include one restroom accessible to the disabled, a steel header, steel jambs and columns, a fixed awning, interior nonbearing walls, new rigid insulation and roofing, a glass storefront system, an overhead door, and interior finishes. Additional work includes interior compacted fill and an interior concrete floor slab on grade.
