This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. An existing common core one-hour rated corridor for egress serves tenants within this building. The East exterior wall of this building is one-hour rated per location on property (8') and in lieu of a parapet, a one-hour rated roof-ceiling was constructed for the east half of the building.
