(CCMG - CONTRACTOR RCE-54) (BOISE - 2ND FLR REMODEL) Minor remodel to construct 11 new offices, 4 small conference rooms, a board room, a file room, and a copy/print room in the north half of the second floor in an existing high-rise building per approved plans. (NOTE: This floor is actually what is typically called the third floor.) This floor will actually be vacant at this time to prepare for future work (asbestos removal, new sprayed fire-resistant materials, new sprinkler system installation, new ceilings, etc...) under a separate permit per an Upgrade Agreement on file. Work under this permit to include some new noncombustible interior walls, new interior doors, interior finish, some new counters/casework, accessible door hardware on the entire floor, fire alarm work, mechanical work, and electrical work. Existing ceiling will remain for now. This is a Scope of Work Permit. A Letter of Completion is to be issued when done. NOTE: This building is currently only fire sprinklered in the basement and on the upper penthouse level but will be fully fire sprinklered by January of 2011 per an Upgrade Agreement on file. JCB
