Building Type "B" * To construct a new 4,076 square feet, two story, eight unit apartment building with 579 square feet of covered entry porches. There are four units that are: one bedroom and one bath, there are four units that are: studio units with one bath. Each unit is less than 800 square feet. The first floor is 2,853 square feet, the second floor is 2,802, square feet. NOTE: This building is required to be fire sprinklered per NFPA 13-R. Buildings "A, B and the office building are being constructed per Section 704.3, EXCEPTION, the aggregate area of the buildings are within the allowable area of one buildings.
