Micron Building #24E - Prepare Chemical Labs for Occupancy - (C9353) - To demo clean room walls, except at R&D #169B, to install approximately 20 lineal feet of clean room wall. This work is being done on the first floor between grid lines G.6&D.6 and 31&33 (control area 1-1). To demo approximately 12 lineal feet of partitions and construct 33 lineal feet of partition and 2 new doors to create two new rooms U-Flash #167G and Raman Room #167E on each side of Thermal Analysis #167F and convert the storage room Dry Chemical #167D. This work is being done on the first floor between grid lines G.6&D.6 and 33&35 (controlarea 1-2). This work also include related ceiling grid, HVAC and electrical modifications. It also includes installation of new VOC and FE ducts at the under floor and interstitial areas, as well as, duct support and VOC duct modifications at the roof. All construction per the approved plans. JCM
