Work to include, construction of 48 lf of interior partitions to create two office spaces and an open office area, relocate existing lighting and provide dual level switching or occupancy sensors in new office spaces, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution, ANY ALTERATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS TO THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFFPA #131 as regulated by the fire department.
