Work includes selective demolition of interior non-bearing walls & finishes to include utilities serving area. To construct interior non-combustible walls to re-establish exit access corridor, create private offices, a conference room, locker room and one fully accessible restroom; change out doors and frames per plan with new rated door at stair enclosure; new suspended ceiling grid system; to upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances. Modifications of sprinkler and alarm systems require separate permits and installation requirements are regulated by fire department. drs
