To construct a new 4,633 square feet, two story, wood framed, 2 unit portion of this building with attached garages. The first floor is 3,151square feet, 913 square feet of this area is for the garages. The second floor is 1,482 square feet. Unit #14 is 2,298 square feet,2 story, 2 bedroom and 2-1/2 baths with an attached two car garage. Unit # 13 is 2,335 square feet and is 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom with an attached two car garage. NOTE: The installation of the fire wall is being driven by the 1,500 gpm fire flow at the hydrant. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. Refer to BLD 06-01203 for the permit on other side of the fire wall. Protected penetrations are allowed per 2003 IBC Sec. 705. MJP CUP 05-00006
