To construct a new 4,614 square feet, two story, wood framed, 2 unit portion of this building with attached garages. The first floor is 3,214 square feet, 900 square feet of this area is for the garages. The second floor is 1,400 square feet. Each unit is 2 story, 3 bedroom and 3-1/2 baths with an attached two car garage. Unit # 9 is 2,270 square feet, unit # 10 is 2,344 square feet. NOTE: The installation of the fire wall is being driven by the 1,500 gpm fire flow at the hydrant. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list.
