New construction will be non-combustible perimeter walls for Packaging Room; new access door assembly to serve the room; interior finishes for walls & floor with new accoustical suspended ceiling grid system and cabinetry; upgrade of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted building codes and ordinances. This building is fully sprinklered. Sprinkler system and alarm system modifications require separate review and approval for permits before any work is done on systems, as regulated by Fire Department. drs
