(THREE AIRCRAFT LOADING WALKWAYS - BOISE AIR TERMINAL - CONCOURSE B) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr construction. To install three (3) new aircraft loading walkways at the Boise City Airport (Gates 11 and 14 in "Original Concourse B" and Gate 20 in "Concourse B Extension"). New cantilevered floors and new concrete piers will be constructed at Gate 11 and Gate 20. The existing floor and pier at Gate 14 will be maintained and reused. Work is to include concrete piers, cantilevered floor areas (steel beams supporting concrete and metal floor decks), exterior walls at cantilevered floor areas (EIFS, gypsum sheathing, metal studs, batt insulation, vapor barrier, gypsum board), roofs over cantilevered floor areas (steel deck, rigid insulation, single ply membrane roofing), suspended acoustical ceilings, new doors, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
