Work includes construction of interior non-bearing walls and access door systems to create five private offices, a conference room, two store rooms, break room, reception/waiting area and open office area. Two accessible restrooms and janitor closet with service sink were part of S&C permit BLD05-01304. Install electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances. Envelope & HVAC units W/ limited ductwork for energy code compliance were done under the Shell & core permit. drs
