To construct non-combustible, fire-resistive interior walls to create an MRI Magnet Room, Control and Equipment Rooms; RF and or magnetic shielding system; interior finishes, cabinets and suspended ceiling grid system; new accessible waiting, restroom and dressing room area and Tech Work Room; to upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and alarm systems to meet tenant needs and provide minimum compliance with current adopted codes and ordinances.
