This is a shell and core permit only and separate tenant improvement permits will be required to finish this building for occupancy. The core areas include stair enclosures, elevators and lobbies; restrooms at each floor; electrical room, hall, and janitors closet at each floor and fire riser room at the first floor. 1st fl: 16,180 sq. ft., 2nd fl: 15,280 sq. ft., 3rd fl: 15,260 sq. ft., 4th fl: 15,190 sq. ft., 5th fl: 15,190 sq. ft. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for height and story increase. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. JCM

A temporay occupancy was given until the east elevator has been inspected and approved. Until then the east elevator is to remain locked out and is not to be used. The west elevator is approved for use. Also one additional emergency light is required in the exit lobby of the first floor south exit. Temporary signage in the stair towers has been provided until the permanant signs have been made. The non approved hardware on the second floor pocket door has been removed. The three fire hydrants have been tested for flow.

All aternate method details have been reviewed by architect and accepted by architect via RFI # 0041. A copy has been recieved by Boise City and wil be archived with plans and scanned into the permit. All work has been done in accordance with approved alternate details. Also did performed walk thru with contractor at both stair towers. Minor work is needed to complete these areas for final. Still need to inspect inside of elevator shafts for fire caulking which is nor completed as of this date.

Contractor also wanted to know the possibilities of eliminating the north shaft and place fire/smoke dampers for each duct and everyfloor opening. This may be fesible but is a major design change which would require drawing from architect and submitted to plan review.
