SHELL & CORE construction permitted under BLD05-01216 with all attached electrical, mechanical, plumbing & fire permits are REQUIRED to be finaled by responsible city agencies before this tenant can occupy their second level tenant space legally. Work includes construction of new interior non-rated corridor, a 249 sq. ft. area, to serve the new tenant offices for Caledonia Fine Fabrics, a 704 sq. ft. area. The remaining 1248 sq. ft. of the second floor will be a "Vanilla Finish" under separate permit also attached to and part of this same set of plans.
